SafeLink Wireless: Inefficiently at its worst

I am one of those individuals who find dealing with the inefficiency of Safe Link Wireless is appalling. Every time they request a confirmation of my contact information, they request that I go fill out a form on their website. When I follow these orders and try to submit my info, it does not go through and a phone number is provided to call. I suggest if you want to burn all your government sponsored minutes then give a call (providing you are free from any work or child care responsibilities for the remainder of the afternoon). Poor people know all to well what waiting is like for necessary services. Not too long ago Safe Link mailed a letter to me so I can confirm my contact info. That must have been about two months ago. Recently they sent me another letter asking for the same info. Did they not receive the first letter that I filled out?

Greetings to all of you on the climate changing planet. Stay cool and drink plenty of fluids. The dog eat dog days of summer are here and oppressing us. The air conditioning seems to be out of freon while the fans are just blowing hot air including my mind. Outside there is a refreshing breeze under the shade of several trees. This breeze is a godsend. Trees keep the area cooler and I am grateful for it. It breaks my heart to see trees cut down for so called progress. This kind of progress is sought after by those who are profit driven. Greed does not serve to benefit humankind or the creatures who inhabit this threatened earth.
