SafeLink Wireless: Inefficiently at its worst

I am one of those individuals who find dealing with the inefficiency of Safe Link Wireless is appalling. Every time they request a confirmation of my contact information, they request that I go fill out a form on their website. When I follow these orders and try to submit my info, it does not go through and a phone number is provided to call. I suggest if you want to burn all your government sponsored minutes then give a call (providing you are free from any work or child care responsibilities for the remainder of the afternoon). Poor people know all to well what waiting is like for necessary services. Not too long ago Safe Link mailed a letter to me so I can confirm my contact info. That must have been about two months ago. Recently they sent me another letter asking for the same info. Did they not receive the first letter that I filled out?
